Bathed in natural light from every angle, the home’s open floor plan creates a seamless sense of space and calm, capturing both the region’s alpine elegance and its vibrant outdoor lifestyle.

The expansive living area flows effortlessly through large sliding doors to the elevated outdoor deck, furnished with plush sofas and sheltered by a soaring roofline. This serene space is designed for lingering—sip a glass of local wine, take in the leafy views, and simply watch the world drift by.

In winter, sophistication meets warmth with a feature fireplace, reverse-cycle heating, and indulgent underfloor heating in the ensuite.

Sleep Time
Featuring three bedrooms and two stunning bespoke bathrooms inside.

The master bedroom provides a quiet sanctuary from the rest of the house, with its own television and floor to ceiling windows that boast whimsical curtains and electronic blinds, plus a large contemporary ensuite inclusive of vanity, toilet, and shower.

The second bedroom boasts a Premium Queen Bed and is located right beside the main bathroom. And the third bedroom located at the back of the house provides 2 singles beds or optional King bed upon request.

Mountbatten’s main bathroom offers deep soaking relaxation with a large freestanding bath and separate shower all combined with a range of premium toiletries and luxury towels.

There is a third bathroom located outside and provides the perfect set up to shower after a fun day at the river or hard day cycling Mystic.

Beautiful Property

We had a great time staying at this house. Everything was super easy. Checking in was simple, they also had the fireplace already lit and the house warm by the time we got there. The house was very clean and had an abundance of amenities. I was really impressed by the number of towels they had! Honestly everything we needed was already there, all we had to do was organise our food. They made sure to have a large stockpile of firewood for the duration of our stay which made life a lot easier for us as we had a small child in tow. All of the house instructions were available in a folder on the bench for when we arrived. Everything was easy to use and self-explanatory. Location is great, a 2minute walk into town. I would definitely stay here again.
