Wi-Fi: Whilst we do anticipate Wifi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. Wifi availability is dependent on the network provider.

* Please note firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.
You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood, if extra wood is required you will need to purchase it yourself.
The property does have other heating inside besides the wood heater *

Pricing for this property is based on a 4-person base rate. Additional guest sur-charge per person per night applies.

*Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, all top bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed*

Cleaning Policy

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewithin 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
