"Really nice hotel and very reasonably priced. The location is great, with local shops and some lovely little cafés within easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the room was comfortable, making for a really pleasant stay. One thing to note is that the nearby cafés don’t open until around 9am, and the hotel restaurant doesn’t serve breakfast, so this is worth keeping in mind if you like an early breakfast. I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but the meals I saw coming...

"The Durham Serviced Apartments are a great choice in a very central Glenelg location -- just a 100 meter walk to Jetty Road for the shops, eateries and the tram. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean --- facility was tidy and also clean. Only issue with this property is parking --- it is an extra $20 per night for the cheapest outdoor parking ( if a space is available ) --- not a deal breaker, but with a multi night stay, the parking can add up. Overall, way above average and highly recommended."
