Absolutely quaint historic house with the most comfortable beds... Cool AC .. kitchen stocked with supplies needed to stay or plenty of restaurants nearby.. we enjoyed our visit, thank you!!Perfect!
Very cute and cozy house in a nice neighborhood. Our host was great and very responsive! Booking was super easy as well! Easy drive to stores and different places to eat.
We needed a last minute place to stay where we could bring our dogs and this listing was perfect. There was pmebty of space, a nice yard, and the owners were very easy to contact with questions or concerns.

The home is in a good location and has been updated. The grass was a little tall for my small dogs, but we were able to safely walk the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and we had all the items we needed to stay for 5 nights.

AMAZING STAY
This was our BEST experience with a vacation rental! The house was spacious, WELL CLEANED, and was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed to cook for ourselves, wash laundry, and relax. There were a ton of channels on the tv, great WiFi connection, and it was a wonderful location! The house was updated and so nice! We will be staying when we come back to visit family!!
The house was set up very well for our family. Great location and perfect for what we needed. If you are traveling with friends or coworkers, keep in mind there is only one shower and it is located in the master bedroom.

Cute cottage in convenient location
This cute cottage was ideal for an extended stay while our home was undergoing renovations. Location was very convenient for us. We enjoyed sitting on the porch swings watching the passersby on Main St. Our pup enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. Gareth was quick to respond to any questions we had. I’ll definitely recommend this home to anyone who needs a place to stay in Brighton.

Great place to stay!
This was the cutest bungalow. I needed to stay close to Covington TN but with pets it is always a challenge to find a place. But this was perfect! A yard to walk the dogs, a clean wonderful place to stay that was equipped with everything we might need, a fantastic restaurant right across the street, and antique shopping almost right next door. Be sure to check out the soap and bath item shop just down the block. This will definitely be my home away from home any time I need to be in the area.
My husband and I came up to spend Christmas with family and this little place was very close by. Everything was as described. Very clean and queen bed was comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were updated and nice. I guess the only issue was that during the day it was pretty noisy, lots of loud vehicles going by. However we weren’t there much in the daytime. The train tracks are behind the house but really wasn’t loud. Overall I would recommend staying here and I would stay again.
Our stay at the Brighton house was comfortable and convenient to town! Would highly recommend staying at this location and would gladly book again in the future!
I will definitely stay here again. The host is very responsive and welcoming. This home is cozy, clean and was perfect for our girl's weekend. I am looking forward to staying here again soon!
Beautifully updated kitchen and baths make this a perfect home away from home. Good neighborhood, close to many amenities and a wonderful park for walks. Even our dog settled in nicely.
Brighton House is great! The cleanliness was awesome. Nicely stocked with kitchen needs. Looks just like the pictures. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. I was in town to take care of family business and I will be a returning guest at BRIGHTON HOUSE!!!
Extremely clean and super cute... you can't go wrong booking this little treasure. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, everything you need is here! Cute little diner across the street serves lunch and dinner. Owner was quick to respond to any question we had. Do not hesitate...book today!

Not happy
Most all of the plateware was chipped.Ice maker does not work.No Salt and Pepper but it states spices are available. The entire house had to be cleaned before we felt comfortable to stay. The mop was black with dirt upon arrival.Bathtub still had hair in it from the last quest. There is no garden and I"m not sure where the patio that is listed is.The outside of the home is filthy. Garbage cans were turned over and full of trash upon arrival. There was no fire extinguisher in the home.Keyless entry has been broken for sometime. We pulled out the sofa bed but had to vaccume the bed before we could lift it out. It was full of food.I would stay again if I could be assured that the home is actually cleaned before arrival. Because of a mix up on my part with dates I actually paid for 2 seperate weeks. I had no problem with my mistake and paying, but to pay 2 cleaning fees and still having to clean the home was unexpected. We left the home looking better than what we found it.This home was not what we expected it to be.

Good trip gone bad
My family was in Brighton for a granddaughter’s wedding. I tried to find a place big enough for all of us but couldn’t so I rented this house for my son and his wife and 2 young children (ages 9 and 6). It looked like a cute little house. Nothing fancy but ok. We arrived in Brighton a little earlier than the 4 o’clock check in and I checked to see if they could get in early. I was told they were having trouble getting the previous renters out and the house was bad and they needed time to clean it up. We said ok. At 8:30 pm my son and family went to the house and there was no one there and we had already been given the code to get in. They went in so they could put their children to bed. The smell was horrible and there was a hole in the floor and in the couch and other things were not good. They stayed (I didn’t know how bad it was until they left Saturday and we went by to see the house). If I had known how bad it was I would not have allowed my family to stay there. It was not fit for renting out. I asked for a refund for at least 1 night but all I received was my security deposit. I’m not sure why my family suffered through staying there except they didn’t want to stress me out. They didn’t spend any time there except to sleep but shouldn’t have even done that. They shouldn’t have been allowed to stay by the homeowners. Very bad business.
Cute and cozy… not much happening where the house is. We came in town for a karate tournament so it was perfect. Easy to get to Memphis if you want to go downtown. Very quite at night, but there is a train directly behind the house that runs past in the early AM.
Perfect and will re-book if we are back next year.
Thanks- Danielle
