"We had no hot water the whole time we were there. You cant get hold of the owner, they don't seem to care. Also there are no fans provided and the pod retains heat so it unbearable in the hot days. "

"Lovely Stay in Drake Cottage. Your accommodation is good value for money and Furnished to a high standard. Myself and Laura was grateful for the homemade valentines cookie. We didn’t need to see Anyone as we knew the check in and other procedures from visiting in October 2020 and July 2021. Hope to be back again soon"

"very private, huge gardens, lovely welcome basket. very comfortable beds with fresh bed linens and towels, plenty of hot water and of course the hot tub!only thing we could say is the walls/kitchen windows and banister were a bit grubby, they really need a good clean . excellent location to access local attractions and a fab pub a couple of miles away serving gorgeous food.star gazing was beautifulX we could see the milky way"

"Comfortable and well equipped and a good size for 2. We loved the cottage.There was plenty of information in the cottage about the local area and things to do. Some thoughtful treats provided too. You felt nothing would be toouxh trouble of we had any queries - we didn't!"

"Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Couldn't ask for more. Compliments to the chef for a perfectly grilled steak- best we have ever eaten which says alot as we are in our fifties and eat lots of it! Compliments to all the other staff for such a warm, friendly welcome and excellent service. Total ethos and ambience of both the dining rooms and bedroom were inviting, comfortable and so relaxing plus spotlessly clean. "

"We were the only people staying in the hotel on Friday so our breakfast was prepared freshly. I don't know if they do a buffet if it's busy but I suspect not as it's a small hotel. We enjoyed our breakfast but not as much as we enjoyed our dinners. Both nights we had a burger from the hotel, which we enjoyed very much. I rarely eat in hotels but I'm glad I did at the Bridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, in good nick, comfortable and quiet. Even when the pub was busy we could hardly hear any noise and after 23:00 it was almost silent. Tenbury Wells is a lovely little town as well. We enjoyed our trip and we were delighted to be able to bring our little dog with us. If we come back to Tenbury, we'll stay at the Bridge again."
