"First visual impression was poor. Security lock didn't work. Bathroom is tiny, claustrophobic. If you leave the bathroom door open while showering, it triggers the smoke detector. Breakfast - coffee was terrible, hot water for tea or oatmeal wasn't hot. Toaster VERY slow Had to go looking for butter."
