Comfortable apartment but no kitchen amenities

Glad you have upgraded this apartment. But I expected those kitchen amenities but there is none. The plan to cook and eat together with the family & friends was not go well.

Spacious, nice for family holiday

Everything are wonderful except when you want to pay directly the price become alot expensive than book online. The bed are compfortable. There is a table for 6 people to eat. masterbedroom can sleep 4 people, other room 2 people. toilet are clean. there is no lift which mean u need to climb by stairs. overall the room are very comfortable

Hotel under renovations, plenty wood with nails area vehicles parking never arrange properly, Day time too much noise from technician and construction worker.main corridor near reception very dirty from construction work, very disappointed spending my family quality time at this place, I deserved my money back, very regretful

Not too shabby for a second choice

We checked in to this apartment thanks to Hotels.com rearrangement after our initial hotel booked us out - but that's another review. Parkland's staff was pleasantly patient with us as we waited for Hotels.com to sort things out, which took about an hour btw. By time we checked in, it was almost 10pm and he nicely extended our check out time the next day. Our last available room was on the 4th floor and the apartment has no lift! Definitely not recommended for family with elderlies. Visible work is done to construct an elevator system, not too sure when it will be ready though. All 3 rooms are spacious with good enough beddings. Cleanliness though is so-so as I caught a roach running about the furniture. There is only one working heater in the house, not very convenient since we went in a party of 8.

Good clean family apartment in Brinchang

A very good and clean apartment for any family trip to Cameron highlands. Pro: - a walk away from Brinchang town - lot of food(mostly steamboat) near by. - large apartment for 8 people. - clean and adequately equipped apartment Con: - front room facing road is noisy at night due to tourist activities - dry kitchen provided rather then a full kitchenette. Suggest future guest to bring own cooking equipment if plan to cook in apartment. - if family consist of elderly, do request lower floors as there is no elevator to upper floors. - towels and 1 hair dryer provided with foam soap. No other toiletries.
