"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful château in the countryside of the Loire Valley. The host was welcoming & friendly and very informative, helping us with suggestions of restaurants and sites to see as well as some history on her home which has been in her family for 18 generations. Having come from busy, crowded and loud Paris (which we loved as well), Château de la Giraudière was exactly what we needed next; quiet, fresh air and a small village environment. Our host and owner of this magnificant château put on delicious breakfasts every morning and we also enjoyed an amazing dinner one night. Our room was stunning as was the property including a very elegant pool and lovely terrace. We were thrilled with our stay and hope to return one day!"

Our family absolutely loved it, loved the old house, loved the decorations, and particularly loved the fact that it seemed as though there were secret rooms and areas which my kids adored. "Lovely little stopover place on our way down south. This is the third time we’ve used it. The breakfast is good and there’s a nice little restaurant serving pizzas and pastas next door. "

"Beautiful villa Kitchen was amazing but would have benefited from some essential utensils such as scissors, whisk, garlic press, steak knives. The on site lady was extremely helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. We had to ask for a few things but she sorted straight away. A leaf blower would have been a good idea as the patios were very untidy with leaves and debris. "

"Convenient location for the motorway. Quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, restaurant looked good but sadly it was shut on Mondays. "
