At the front of the property there is a communal laundry with washing machine and dryer, a storage area for the surf boards and beach toys as well as an outdoor hot/cold shower for guests to rinse off after a day at the beach. Keep an eye out for the resident koala's in the tree in the front yard.

Positioned opposite a bus stop and an easy walk to all beaches and local shops, you won’t need to bring the car. There is a pedestrian gate to the right of the property that provides access to an easement which leads to Frenchman’s and Deadman’s Beach via the Whale Track. If you are wishing to park a vehicle, street parking is available. Please keep the driveway clear at all times to ensure safe and easy passage for guests in and out of the property gates.
