Its Available for MINIMUM 3 month rent (ONLY as the building has rules ).No need for car as so close to every type of transport. Would suit Mater hospital staff (as its across the road, or suit a city professional as only a walk, bus, train cycle or ferry ride to work and/or suits Qld Uni staff and students as its on a bus ride to Uni
