Stayed at Spire Apartments in Brisbane and couldn’t have picked a better spot. The location is perfect—easy walk to everything in the CBD, great food, and the riverfront. The rooftop heated pool was a standout, especially for relaxing after a long day out.The apartment itself was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and a perfect fit for the two of us. Had everything we needed and felt like a great home base while exploring the city.Would definitely stay here again.

Awful company to deal with. You don't know who you are speaking with at their call centres, whether it's in the US, Egypt, India, Philippines or Australia. I spoke with them all. Vrbo took my credit card for payment then I received a demand from someone else without explanation, then I had to give my card details to another agent before they would tell me how to gain access, which was a very poor procedure, having to route about through numerous key safes attached to a railing outside the property. The whole thing was a very poor experience. The apartment was poorly equipped for a stay more than a day or two. The bed was comfortable but the was no mattress protector and only a single sheet between you and the last guest's sweaty night. Yuk! Very poor experience.
