Rental was well equiped and clean and tidy. Loved the spacious private outside space. Easy access to public transport and walking distance to CBD. Would stay there again and definitely recommend
First time we had been in Brisbane and location was perfect for our small family. A lot of restaurant options in close proximity and short walk to public train stations. Secure car parking was a great addition
An amazingly clean unit. Kitchen stocked well with cooking and eating equipment. Does not supply glad wrap like some places do to cover food in fridge. Situated in a great position with only a 5 minute walk to the Springhill loop bus. We did have trouble with the main TV with screen going black and left a maintainence request. Used bedroom TV instead. If you are a light sleeper, noise from apartment upstairs with scraping and banging was very obvious in the main bedroom. Would stay again because of location and cleanliness.
This was the perfect base for our week long visit. Close to CBD, beautiful walk through Roma street parkland to the train station. We had long days out and it was lovely to come home to a comfortable, clean space with everything we needed.

This apartment was beautifully furnished and very comfortable
Very nicely kept property in a convenient location close to the Brisbane Central Station and shopping areas. The living room/dining area is cozy, but it has a great outdoor area if the weather cooperates. Tip: take your keys to the pool as you will need them to leave the pool area. Another caution is that the sidewalk outside the entrances is very steep. Anyone with mobility issues may have a challenge on this corner. I would recommend to the hosts to have another hand towel and add some hooks to the back of the bathroom door. Towel heater was a nice touch. We had never stayed at a Vrbo before but we thought it was limiting to only provide 3 rolls of toilet paper for a 10 day stay for 4 people.
