    This is a self-contained flat located on one side of the property ( share one wall with back house), accessible through Clewitt Street.

    Funky corner features a private bathroom, bedroom, lounge room with kitchenette (microwave, bar fridge, sink) Funky corner listing is in the main house at the front the property - entrance at front door of the main house, yellowish weather board house. Pet friendly- $50/ per trip pet fee to cover any extra cleaning due to pet hair and pet smell( disinfectant)

Very clean, easy communication with owner.A bit noisy between neighbours but more due to older building than noisy neighbours.Old bed, needs updating, otherwise great place.

Close to amenities and where we had to go for a music concert at Boondal entertainment centre. Was expecting a whole house not half a duplex, didn’t have washing machine or dryer
