Known for its stunning vistas, The Lookout Units offer an unforgettable experience, and this particular unit is no exception. With 3 cozy bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, Unit 9 can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, ensuring a memorable stay for everyone.

Upon entering the unit, you'll be greeted by a charming space that seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry facilities. On this level, you'll also find one of the inviting bedrooms and a convenient bathroom. As you step into the living area, you'll be captivated by the balcony that overlooks the sparkling pool and offers mesmerizing views of the ocean beyond. This is the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and soak up the beauty of your surroundings.

Venturing downstairs, you'll discover a bedroom adorned with three comfortable single beds and an ensuite bathroom. From here, you can step outside onto the balcony, which leads to another beautifully appointed bedroom, complete with its own ensuite. Privacy and tranquility abound in these lower-level retreats.

The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, boasting all the essentials and appliances you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home. Whether you're whipping up a delicious meal or simply enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning, this kitchen has you covered. For your convenience, a front-load washing machine and dryer are also provided, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Rest assured that your vehicle will be well taken care of, as Unit 9 offers its own undercover car park, providing convenient parking for you and your guests. Additionally, visitor parking is available for any additional vehicles.

Great spot for a relaxing few fays

Great place, great amenities , well catered for for cooking in house, so many great touches , like coffee machine and cooking stuff..the only ting I would say a slight negative.. no air con.. fans were OK, but a few hot days with no breeze A/C would have been nice...

Beautiful views from this very well equipped townhouse

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great 4 nights in this well appointed and very comfy townhouse. We didn’t need to bring anything except food and I was amazed at how well it was stocked with crockery, cutlery and standard provisions like oil, salt and pepper and even coffee pods. There are 3 deck areas which provide plenty of space for relaxing. Note that one downstairs bedroom is accessed via another so would suit a family. We would definitely like to stay there again. Check in was easy and the key was left in a safe box with pin.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in no 9 The Lookout for a week in early December 24. It is a beautiful unit, spacious and well laid out. We have two teenage daughters who loved the downstairs area but it would also work well for a family with grandparents in tow or for two couples. The views from all three decks and bedrooms are magical. The unit was very clean and had every gadget you could need. There was also a lot of cooking basics in the pantry to make things much easier. We had a wonderful week and will be back. We highly recommend Oasis Mexican for dinner and the Brewery at Dunwich for dinner or lunch. The real estate staff contacted us by email with all the details we needed to check in and out simply with no hassle. *****

Great property

I have never stayed in a property so well equipped - had every utensil and kitchen gadget you could ever need - it has amazing views across to cylinder /home beach - you will need a car as it is at the top of a hill - I would definetely stay here again, the price we paid for a week was amazing value - the beds were all spotlessly clean but I do feel it probably needs a full thorough clean out now and again as bathroom , skirts etc were grimy

A whale of a time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely 8 night stay here in August. We had excellent weather, which always helps. The apartment was well stocked and maintained. Worth noting for families, the third bedroom is accessed via the second bedroom downstairs and it is completely external to the apartment, so wouldn’t be suitable for small children. None of the windows had fly screens, which was fine for us at night in August shutting the doors and windows, but in the middle of summer you would need to choose between breeze or mozzies. We saw so many whales and dolphins from the balcony and even while laying in bed. They were so close to shore, it was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay, and we got a great rate. We’d definitely stay again.

Only one thing was it was a big walk to the beach, very steep hill. But in saying that the position made the views spectacular.
