- Minutes from Queensland's most stunning beaches; Heather looks out into serene bushland with gorgeous white gums.
Wake up to kangaroos grazing out back. Make yourself an espresso while taking in the view! Enjoy exploring the beaches and Queenslands most consistent surf breaks. Sample the local food for dinner. Roast marshmallows on the fire!

Bedrooms: blackout roller blinds, naturally cool with strong fans, luxury mattress, all for the best night sleep!
Low Allergenic / Allergy Friendly - We clean and wash thoroughly and deep clean regularly. Bedding washed at 60C suitable for dust mite allergies. Beautiful clean air, no pets, no carpets.
Warning: Currently a small portion of the deck is cordoned off due to pending maintenance. There is still plenty room for 6 round the table, the BBQ and Hamock.

Bushwalking - Visit, The Gorge Walk, Blue Lake or Mt Bipo
Animal Watching - See kanagroos, wallabys, koalas, gliders, bandicoots, echidnas; sea eagles, osprey, brameny kites, honey eaters; turtles, manta rays, whales, and so many many more! All within 5 minutes of the house!
Fishing - Incredible beach, inshore and offshore fishing and charters
Swimming - Goes without saying!
Nightlife, Culture, Art and Music - Check out the local bands, food, local and indigenous art, museum, galleries and cafe's
Surfing - Minutes from Main Beach, Frenchmans Beach, Deadmans Beach, Cylinder Beach and Adder Rock. You can surf good waves almost every day!
Diving - Manta Lodge offers scuba diving tours which seasonally see amazing megafauna including, Humpback Whales, Manta Rays, Grey Nurse, Giant Shovelnose Ray, Green Sea Turtles, the list goes on!
Kitchen: Espresso coffee machine and grinder (beans provided), microwave, pots, pans, stove, oven, all regular cooking items
Bathroom: Hair dryer, iron and board
Other Items: If there are any common items you need during your stay, ask and we will supply for you if practical and update the listing!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Upstairs: Tidy up, remove food, clean the dishes and load the dishwasher, aircon off, take out bin and recycling
Downstairs: Pull down covers on used beds, towels in the laundry, windows shut, lock the door as you leave and return the key
Take personal belongings and return house items to their places
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
