"Hotel was nice but wait staff in the bar were not great. I stood at the bar for quite a while before someone came from the dinning area to serve me. At that point the bartender appeared from a back room behind the bar without an apology. A manager came through who gave out complimentary snacks to other tables and ignored my wife and I."

"We had such a wonderful experience at W Brisbane. Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived the service was warm and welcoming, the hotel was beautiful and stylish, and our room was comfortable, clean and had an amazing atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help, which made our stay feel extra special. The location was also perfect for exploring Brisbane. "Clean and comfortable hotel. Not very conveniently located though. Not actually close to the airport. Requires a $20 taxi ride. Although shuttle is available but it’s cash only and doesn’t run in the evenings."
