The location was excellent, very close to the mall and train station and ferry. We had to extend our stay due to a cancelled flight and the service was very good. It was a busy weekend but reception managed to accommodate us. The only thing that could be improved is room service with food being catered but apart from that, it was a great stay.

We usually stay here when we go out in Brisbane mainly because transport is easy to get to wherever we are going, plenty of places to eat around Toowong, rooms are neat and tidy, staff are easy to talk to, would recommend it to anyone.

Very enjoyable stay at the Jephson. First time have stayed there. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Booked a Deluxe room - very spacious, very tidy, and well presented. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Bathroom space was generous, as was the shower. Balcony was great - sizeable area that you could sit, have a drink/eat and enjoy the surrounds. Location is great - short walk (5mins) to major shops, as well as good dining options. Also short walk to public transport (bus & train 5 mins, ferry/city cat 10 mins). Would definitely stay again.
