Welcome to our home! We kindly ask all guests to follow these rules so that everyone enjoys a safe and comfortable stay:
1. No Events or Parties
• Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted.
2. Smoking
• Smoking is only allowed outside the house.
3. Respect for Neighbours
• Please be considerate of our elderly neighbours.
• Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM onwards (weekdays and weekends).
4. Dishes
• Please place used dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle using the provided detergent tablets.
5. Rubbish Collection
• Please place both rubbish bins outside on collection day , details on the fridge .

6 ,Registered Guests Only
• Only the guests included in the booking are permitted on the property.
• No unregistered visitors are allowed without prior approval.
