  • Fully renovated 5 bedroom house with 4 A/C and free parking on site .Approximately 30 minutes to Brisbane or Gold cost .New basic kitchen, new tile flooring 2 full bathroom ,4 bedrooms are air-conditioned and full laundry .Located in a quiet residential area with easy motorway access between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Perfect for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. Free parking in front and back of the house .

    🚫 No events or parties allowed at any time.
    🚭 Smoking is allowed only outside the house.
    🔕 Please respect our elderly neighbours by keeping noise low, especially during quiet hours:
    9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (every day).

    🗑️ Rubbish Bins
    Please place both rubbish bins outside on Tuesday evening collection on Wednesday morning

    🐶Pets are allowed only in living area not allowed on Furniture or in the bedrooms ,any pets need to add in the booking
