This was a lovely place to stay. From the moment we checked in the staff were super friendly and offered us help. The room was great and comfortable bed. Love this place for itโ€™s location, opposite the Botanical Gardens and short walk into town. Very clean and the complimentary drink vouchers on checking is a pleasant surprise. Made me use the bar most nights so was a win win.

Our family room was very comfortable and clean but the decor looked a bit tired e.g. paint peeling. The breakfast selection was great and very reasonably priced. My husband and son enjoyed using the gym. The staff were friendly and accomodating.
