While our complex may not be the newest, it offers significantly more space than many modern apartments—135 m² of internal living area plus a generous 35 m² balcony! You’ll love the comfort and room to relax. The space What our apartment offers:
- 2 bedrooms with 2 queen-size beds. Sofa bed is available upon request for an additional fee of $22. The master bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom plus a second bathroom.
All linens and towels are provided! (Based on the number of guests registered. Linens and towels are provided by professional hotel bedding suppliers and we make our beds according to hotel style and standards)
- Large front balcony with beautiful park view and separate private small balconies in both of our bedrooms.
- Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice meal and make yourself at home!
- Smart TV and comfy sofa in our spacious lounge room!
- Huge rear garage rooftop terrace!

Before anything else, I would appreciate it if you took a moment to read these house rules at the beginning of your stay and follow them. If anything is unclear, please contact me so I can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.
RULE 1: Please respect check-in and check-out times. ❑ The standard check-out time is 10 AM. There are absolutely no exceptions unless arrangements have been made at the time of booking. For any unauthorized late check-out, a $50/hr late check-out fee will apply. ❑ Under no circumstances can check-outs be later than noon (12pm), as other guests are arriving and the space must be cleaned — Any unauthorized late check-out beyond this time will result to a fee equivalent to a day’s base rate without discounts (NOTE: This fee will not mean possession of the property for the day, this is the fee for over-staying for more than 2 hours without permission)
RULE 2: No parties or events are allowed ❑ Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule will result in eviction without a refund.
RULE 3: No smoking allowed. ❑ Smoking inside the property is prohibited and will result in an additional charge of over $250. This is because the smell will need to be treated professionally and the room deodorized.
RULE 4: No pets allowed. ❑ Strictly no pets allowed. We absolutely love pets but due to hygienic and health reason/s, we are unable to accommodate them in my property. Violation of this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee equivalent to the cleaning fee in your booking as the housekeepers will need to do extra work.
RULE 5: Please respect the noise curfew. ❑ Quiet hours are between 10 pm – 8 am seven days a week. A noise complaint during these hours will result in eviction without a refund.
RULE 6: Please report damages or left-behind items. ❑ If there is any damage to the property please inform the host ASAP. We will need to replace them and additional charges may apply. ❑ For left-behind items, our housekeepers will bring them back to our warehouse and you can contact us to arrange item pick up from the warehouse for free until two weeks after your check-out day. Items will not be kept in the warehouse longer than 2 weeks and we will donate all left-behind items to charity shops after two weeks. ❑ If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, we will need to compensate our housekeepers or managers for the postage fee and their time. This will be $50 for postage cost and additional fees.
RULE 7: Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee. ❑ If you are locked out and require us to visit the property, a $50 fee will be charged. For outside working hours, you'll be asked to contact a locksmith at your expense. ❑ Lost keys or access swipes are subject to a $500 replacement charge. Locks are required to be changed. ❑ We usually provide one set of keys to all apartments by default. If you have requested an extra set of keys, a deposit of $100 will be required. This deposit will be returned to you once you have returned all keys properly. Extra key requests can only be arranged a day before your check-in time free of charge. Extra key requests placed on or after your check-in will incur a delivery charge.
RULE 8: No unregistered guests allowed. ❑ No unauthorized guests. Our home is prepared to accommodate ONLY the guests on the reservation. Each additional unauthorized guest will accrue a $100 fine.
RULE 9: Treat my property with love. This is your home too. ❑ Take care of the property and avoid making a mess within the premises. Leaving dishes unwashed or having food items out in the open tends to attract pests and insects that may require pest control. ❑ We kindly ask you to return the property to how you first entered. Our cleaning fee includes the time taken to clean the house WITHOUT any extra mess. Any additional cleaning fees will be charged to the booker.
RULE 10: No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. ❑ We strictly do NOT allow storing or consuming illegal substances on our property. Infringement on this rule will result in eviction without a refund.
★ Portacots and highchairs are available upon request only. Please let us know ASAP to ensure availability. A set-up fee of $22/each applies. ★ We provide toiletries and other household items that may last for around 3 days. This is a friendly reminder, that these supplies are meant to get you started and may not last for your entire stay. ★ Please communicate via the booking portal wherever possible. This allows us to instantly identify your booking. Our average response time is less than 20 minutes. Note that text messages to my phone number won’t be received as we use an online phone system.

Generally good but some issues
Good well equipped & comfortable apartment but some aging blinds & garage could not be locked as remote did not work. Booking process is cumbersome and invasive.
An older building. Great location with lovely outlook. Ju while on the whole a great apartment. Needs some attention with up keep. Lights appear to have replaced and all old ones shoved in a cupboards or b. Broken vertical blinds pieces scattered all over the apartment. Gate remote did not work. We were advised to change battery ourselves and get reimbursed. Security door lock broken for most of the stay. Longe rug very dirty. Veranda needs a good clean. Stagnant water in back enclosure after the rains needed to be addressed. Owner was quick to respond to text. Very invasive booking process.

I should have heeded the other reviews about the somewhat troublesome check in. The day before check in I started receiving messages to upload my credit card again (for deposit?) which I had already done when paying in full. The site wouldn’t let me upload it so I tried a different card but no luck. I contacted Olivia who just kept repeating the same instructions. I was anxious that we wouldn’t be able to check in. Spent way too much time of my vacation messaging her back and forth so I could get this straightened out, which to her credit, she was able to fix something so I could upload the card. Told her I would be coming on after 5 pm. Got vague instructions about lockbox. Since she knew it would be after Darren when we arrived, it would have been nice if Olivia to tell us that there is a gate to the building so we would have to park then search around for the lockbox that holds the key fob for the gate. It should have been a lot more transparent. The parking spot is a little tricky to get into especially for those of us used to steering wheel on other side of the car. When we got unit the building we realized the hall light does not reliably go on. The place itself was clean but a little dated. The en suite bathroom, however, smells like sewer from the drain on the floor. Communication was always quick but not necessarily easy because the owner would just repeat the same information and not put herself in the position of someone new to the unit.
