Seagrass Beach House is nestled in the exclusive Point Lookout precinct of Minjerribah. This large home accommodates up to 13 guests, making it the perfect space for large families, gatherings, or just a special retreat with your closest friends.

In the heart of this coastal paradise, you'll find five spacious bedrooms designed for comfort. There are three bedrooms featuring queen-sized beds, two room containing five cozy bunk beds. Ensuring a seamless morning routine are 4.5 bathrooms, with the  luxury of an ensuite for 3 of the bedrooms. There is a bathroom and toilet for the 2 other middle level bunk rooms plus a separate toilet for the upstairs level.

In addition to the first floor balcony, a generous balcony on the second level allows for alfresco dining where captivating sunsets and ocean views are a complimentary delight.

Cooking enthusiasts are catered for with a spacious kitchen equipped with an electric cooktop, electric oven, microwave, 2x dishwashers, and a coffee machine. The provided BBQ extends your culinary experience to the outdoors, where you can dine or just relax on either of the 2 spacious decks whilst admiring the blue ocean views.

A clothes dryer, washing machine, laundry room, and ironing board are in the package, ensuring convenience for your stay.

Other amenities to enhance the perfect seaside break include air conditioning, ceiling fans, a fireplace for the colder nights, and a secure garage for vehicles. Wi-Fi connectivity keeps you in touch with the digital world and a pool table will keep you entertained for hours.

Seagrass is now pet-friendly, meaning your furry friend can join in the holiday adventure. Please note, there is no fencing but the large balcony's should be adequate for well behaved pooches.
