You’ll find four bedrooms, three bathrooms, air conditioning, bed linens, washer, dryer, TV, internet, wireless internet, iron, hangers, and a handy patio or balcony for a relaxed stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, coffee, freezer, dining table, dishes and silverware, making it easy to settle in and feel at home



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home and the free parking on the premises. Everything is set up for a smooth self-contained stay.



The Neighborhood:

Lota has a lovely coastal feel, with the foreshore and nearby ocean just a short distance away. It’s a great spot for morning strolls, sunset walks, and easy access to everyday essentials, local parks, and the relaxed bayside lifestyle



Getting Around:

Getting out and about is easy from here. Lota train station is nearby for travel into Brisbane CBD, and the bayside foreshore area around Lota Camping Reserve is perfect for walking, cycling, and enjoying the ocean breeze.



Ideally located within walking distance of yacht clubs and cafés, with Manly’s restaurants, bars, and markets just minutes away.

To help make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible, please keep the following in mind:



No parties or events: As this is a peaceful residential area, we request that guests remain considerate of our neighbours throughout their stay.

Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am

No smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home.

Please note: The garage is not available for guest use.



Cleaning: Please leave the home tidy and as you found it; excessive cleaning may incur an additional fee



Bins & waste: Instructions will be provided in the house manual for bin collection days. Please ensure all rubbish is disposed of in the appropriate bins. Excess rubbish requiring additional removal may incur an additional fee.
