Great property but TV don’t work, the IR code for food didn’t work. When I organised the room service food there were hardly any choices and the food was bad. Same with pool service. Don’t expect this from such a prestigious hotel.

The hotel had character but felt tired and rundown; definitely needs money spending on it. Hotel restaurant was average for breakfast; there were better options outside, but avoid the Pancake Manor! The location was good as restaurants, shops and public transport were all nearby.
