He offered another larger home he owned in the same town for the same price. We took him up on the offer and it worked out great! Liked being able to dock pontoon during the day. Cons: dog hair on floor and couches. It's advertised as pet friendly, but traces of pets should be cleaned up before next renter. No dishcloths and only one dish towel. Needed to wipe out fridge drawers before using. No ceiling lights working, except over kitchen sink....

"This is a great property for a fishing trip. We were able to access the lake from a private boat ramp in the development. The cabin was nice, clean and had everything we needed. The garage converted to a man cave was perfect for drying out our frozen gear. I would recommend it to others."
