Situated overlooking beautiful Bristol Harbor in this historic seaside port, this two-bedroom guest suite is on the third* floor of a stately 1805 brick Federal home, with commanding views of the harbor and all Bristol has to offer right outside the door.

Founded in 1680, Bristol has a fascinating history and a wonderful spirit that continues today.

Best known for hosting the oldest continuously-held 4th of July celebration, Bristol features a beautifully preserved and maintained historic district, wonderful shops and restaurants, easy access to the waterfront and numerous public parks.

*Please note, due to location, apartment unfortunately not ideal for guests who cannot climb stairs.

Communication with owner was great, location is unbeatable, only negative thing I have to say is the rooms & bathroom either need some updating or deep clean, one of the bedrooms headboard had noticeable mold on it as well as the shower, bathroom also had a musky smell to it.

Bristol short stay

We had a very relaxing stay in Bristol. The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It was only a short walk to lots of fantastic restaurants and cute shopsCommunication with the host was excellent and the check in and check out process was easy. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Bristol

We had a great weekend visiting our daughter at RWU. The apartment is centrally located and exactly as described on VRBO. The owner was very responsive and answered our questions quickly.

Fantastic spot and great hosts

Loved our short stay. Place has a lot of character, comfortable beds and plenty of dishes, glasses, and coffee. Really appreciated them also supplying creamer for coffee. Also, can’t beat location or view.

We had a blast staying here. It was so much more fun than staying at the hotel down the road we usually do. We were in town to visit some family. we loved waking up and walking across the st to enjoy our coffee at the park. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

Great 3rd floor space of historical home in downtown Bristol. Walking to everything and right on the water!! Nice kitchen and bath and great 2 beds. Perfect 2 nights away. Highly recommend!

Super location in the Heart of Bristol

The location cannot be beat! As a former resident of Bristol, it was great to walk to our favorite restaurants and take in the many community events that Bristol has to offer.

Perfect place for enjoying Bristol

The apartment is even better than the photos show! Very charming, comfy, immaculate, with nice amenities. Christy, the hostess, was very generous, helpful as needed, & easy to communicate with. For anyone wanting to enjoy Bristol on foot, the location couldn't be better. Nice neighborhood. We'd stay there again, & recommend it highly.

This was our second trip to this place and it was every bit as enjoyable as our first visit. It is so convenient to all that downtown Bristol has to offer which allows us to walk to all the restaurants and shops. We are already planning our next stay to attend an exhibition at the nearby Newport Museum of Art.

Great little place

This was a great little place for us visiting our daughter at RWU. Conveniently located to downtown. It was clean and comfortable. It is on the third floor, which wasn’t a problem for us. It was very quiet. I also loved the price. We come down frequently so always looking for a nice affordable place to stay. Thanks for hosting us. We hope to stay here again.

Comfortable, delightful experience for a getaway/reunion weekend. Directions and instructions were perfect, apartment was exactly as promised. Loved the ample space and the coziness, so many windows and so much light. Enjoyed the kitchen space to prepare meals and treats. Owner was a delight. Easily walkable to cute downtown.
