About this property
Pet-Friendly Bristol Home · Fenced Yard · Sleeps 6
Bring the dog — the whole crew, really. This single-level 3-bedroom sits two blocks off State Street with a fully fenced backyard your dog will lose their mind over, plus a front porch with rocking chairs made for slow mornings. Sleeps 6 on a king, a queen, and two twins. Five minutes to downtown Bristol and the Hard Rock Casino, fifteen to the Speedway. Come on in and make yourself at home.
Everything you need is on one level — three bedrooms, two full baths, no stairs once you're inside.
- Bedroom 1: King bed with its own en-suite bath (walk-in shower)
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds — good for kids or guests four and five
- Second full bath off the hall (tub/shower combo)
The living room's got a plush sectional and a smart TV for your streaming logins. The kitchen is set up to actually cook in — full-size range, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and both drip and single-serve coffee. Washer and dryer are downstairs in the basement (telling you now so you're not hunting for them). Fast 150+ Mbps fiber wifi runs throughout, so you can work from here if you need to.
And the part the dogs care about: a fully fenced backyard to run in, plus a dog bed, food and water bowls, a leash, and waste bags already stocked. The front porch has four rocking chairs, and the driveway holds 3–4 cars.
You've got the entire home and yard to yourselves — no shared spaces.
- A few steps up at both the front and back doors.
- It's an older home with real character — the floors creak a little and a couple of original doors stick. Part of the charm, but worth knowing.
- There's a steel floor grate (air return) in the living area — safe to walk on, just a heads-up with little kids or curious pets.
- No ice maker, and the washer/dryer live in the basement.
- Self check-in with a smart lock — your code's good for your whole stay.
- Pets welcome. We just ask you clean up after them in the yard and don't leave chewers home alone.

We had a great stay here! It was very clean and smelled great when we walked in. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds and furniture were comfortable! Great host with great communication and instructions. Definitely will stay here again next time we come to town.
House was easy to find and was ideal location due to going to Bristol’s Speedway. Restaurant access was nearby as well.Wish all Airbnb‘s were as clean as this one. Would recommend it for anyone.
Having three bedrooms for our family stay to attend my Uncles funeral was convenient. Beds were cozy, and home was overall clean. There was not adequate soap available in the main bathroom, only in the bathroom that was adjacent to bedroom. (A plastic bag with travel size items)There was a musty smell when I first entered, maybe the basement needs a dehumidifier?I was surprised there was not a lock on that door.Overall a great rate and close to my Aunt who lives in Bristol.
House was very quaint, clean and inviting.. The owners probably have the best communication skills that I’ve rented from . They respond quickly and were very informative about the area and recommendations on where to eat locally. Definitely will rent from them again next time we come in town
This home was absolutely perfect for this visit and fit our family perfectly. We rented this little home unknowing it was in the same neighborhood our mother grew up. The reason for our trip was to lay her to rest in Weaver Cemetery. Very clean home with all we needed.
We come to Virginia 2-3 times a year from Texas.
Our grandson lives there.
We were hesitant about doing a Vrbo. Due to all scams and properties not what is advertised.
This house has tons of room, was very clean, and easy to access. We will definitely rent it again.
This was a great location for our family to stay for my daughter's graduation from Emory & Henry. The place was very quaint and cute. The rental was well equipped and had adequate parking. The big fenced in yard was very handy for our dogs. It slept 6 adults comfortably. I would suggest that a few long mirrors be put in the bedrooms on the back of the doors. With 3 women trying to get ready at the same time was not easy with only 2 small bathroom mirrors. Anthony made sure there were enough towels and washcloths as I requested. Overall it was convenient to all of the great Bristol eateries.
What a warm and cozy home with super comfy beds, a fenced in back yard for pets, and all the comforts of home. Very quiet neighborhood, convenient to shopping, restaurants and downtown.
We had a great stay at this updated house close to everything we needed. The neighborhood was older, but felt safe. The surrounding houses were all well kept. The host was easy to contact (I did so before our trip). I didn't have any issues during our stay. I would stay here again.
If I had to find a negative, it would be that I could not get the outdoor lights over the backyard to come on, but it was not that big a deal- just a minor inconvenience. Great property and will stay there again on our next trip.
We enjoyed staying at this beautiful property and found Anthony to be very responsive. Quiet neighborhood but close to the action! Loved it and will stay again!
