Year-round amenities include beach access, tennis, skiing, fishing, kayaking, bass fishing, hiking, biking and more. Condo comes with family friendly games, beach chairs, linens, and fully equipped kitchen. Several local breweries, vineyards, restaurants, beautiful golf courses, driving range, minutes to Ragged mountain and Tenney Mountain for skiing. Local ice fishing tournament on Newfound Lake every February. Not to mention the un-matched foliage in the Fall.

We had a wonderful experience staying here start to finish. Very clean, so cute and as advertised. We loved the beach access! Great communication by host. Will definitely stay again!

Great long weekend getaway

The condo was better than advertised. Well appointed and easy walk to great private beach with swimming dock. She had floats and chairs for the beach. The A/C worked great. One suggestion would be to have outside hooks or something to be able to dry towels at night and not bring the sandy stuff into the condo. Lake is beautiful and clean. Great weekend getaway!!
