River Rose Cottage, 400ft S. Holston River frontage perfect for couples/anglers

Perfect little cabin nestled on the South Holston River on 6 acres of land with approximately 400 feet of private river frontage. Terrific for anglers who like to wade fish, or float. A fishing boat or kayak can be easily launched from the cottage. Also great for couples looking for a getaway.  Private setting, cozy cabin with gas logs indoors and a firepit with adirondack chairs to enjoy nights outside. This property is offered by Tailwaters Lodge located approximately 1/4 mile upstream.  (Fisherman, please note that this section of the river is closed to fishing from Nov. 1st through Jan. 31st for spawning season of brown trout.)

Relaxing retreat!

My husband and I were in Bristol for the races and this property was the perfect getaway. Quiet serene location right on the river allowed for fishing every morning before we spent the day at the track only 15 minutes away. Would recommend this property for sure. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the southern hospitality!

Perfect retreat

I loved staying here for a little personal retreat in a beautiful and calm setting. It was peaceful and private being right next to the river and far from the road. The porch was the perfect place to read in the sun. A hummingbird came up amidst the roses! Also very clean and easy to check in and out. I’d love to stay here again. Thank you!

River Rose Cottage

Very relaxing stay! Caught plenty of trout, and explored Bristol TN! Would recommend for any small group who likes to fish but also wants other entertainment options!

Beautiful little cottage.

This river front cottage is beautiful. Very clean, every little thing that you need is supplied. Not able to fish from the property but great fishing spots close by. Loved the serenity of the area. Definitely recommend!

Quiet Retreat

This cottage so quiet and peaceful. It was immaculately clean and just as described. We came to Bristol to attend the races but wanted to be able to relax when not at the races. It was perfect for that as it was only 10 minutes from the BMS. We throughly enjoyed our time there. Only one note: the claw foot tub was challenging for us older adults. But it was worth the rest and relaxation we got.
