The home is located in the historic district of Bristol, Tennessee on Florida Avenue. It's a very walkable neighborhood and also very close to King University.

We are in love with with this historic home and are really proud of the work that has been done to restore it, however keep in mind that the home is more than 100 years old. The original hardwood floors are absolutely beautiful, but they do squeak and creak a little when you walk on them. They may be a little uneven in places as well
