NO SMOKING INSIDE Please absolutely no cigarette smoking in the house. Outside patios can accommodate this. Thank you for your understanding.

PETS/SMALL CHILD No pets on beds or sofa. I know you love them but my other guests may be allergic. No small children in book room or spiral stairs!
