Nestled between the South Holston River and Beidleman Creek, Trout House is the perfect place for any angler looking to wade or float. The spacious layout includes 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, all easily accessible on one level. This property boasts over 400 feet of private river frontage. Trout House is managed by Tailwaters Lodge located approximately 1/4 mile upstream. Fisherman, please note that this section of the river is closed to fishing from Nov. 1st through Jan. 31st for spawning. Ring outdoor security system is operational on premises, views and hears noises on the driveway and walkway leading to the back door.
