"I was leary about booking this properly due to no reviews but it was a wonderful stay. The cottage is tucked away with total privacy. "We stayed at the canal house. Most of the time spent was at the beach, but the time that we were at the house was really nice. It was very clean and I loved the owners sense of style. "We loved the location of the property. It is in a very quiet area on the island and Derek has thought of everything one could possibly need. We felt like the house was bigger than it appeared in the listing. Having the golf cart at the house was huge and saved us a few hundred dollars by not having to rent one. "We had the most amazing 7 days in Ocracoke and plan on returning soon! Loved driving our golf cart around the town, but really loved driving on the beach! Everywhere we ate was awesome too! The only thing I did not like were the 2 flights of stairs we had to climb to get in our condo; I had no idea! Next time we rent, I'll do more research on our place to stay."

"This was our second stay at this peaceful, clean house and we have already booked another stay. It is on a quiet road with a roomy kitchen, comfortable dining area and family room. My favorite part is sitting in the adirondack chair with my feet in the Pamlico Sound drinking my morning coffee watching the pelicans fish. It is a favorite get-away home away from home that is an easy bike ride close to the fun shops and delicious seafood."
