Apartment in Brixen near SkiWelt Lift

In the pleasant village of Brixen im Thale, next to the Sporthotel, you will find the "Residenz Edelalm", a small apartment complex built in 2016.

The cable car to the "SkiWelt" ski area is only a few minutes away. Here you can take the lift to the Westendorf ski area or on the other side to the High Brixen ski area.
The ski bus stops right outside the door. The "Tanzer" descent (1c) ends a few dozen meters from the flat. The railway station is a short distance away.

Flat Top 2 is located on the ground floor. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet, as well as a separate additional toilet.
A large, sunny balcony with a sitting area runs along the entire back of the house (facing south!). The flat has its own room with a washing machine and dryer, and it is possible to store skis and ski boots.

Parking/charging station: Top 2 has 2 parking spaces, one of which is under a carport with its own charging station for electric cars. This can be used in consultation with the caretaker. Charging fees for electric or hybrid cars are always based on consumption and are calculated separately on the basis of Austrian prices.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Mooi ruim appartement met 2 parkeerplaatsen waarvan 1 met laadpaal. Ligt wel aan de hoofdweg van Brixem im Thale, hierdoor is het verkeer wel goed te horen (voor ons geen probleem). Goede centrale ligging voor uitjes. Duidelijke huisregels die zorgen voor rust. Fijn dat er een optie is om te wassen. Een verbeterpunt is de snelheid van de WiFi.

Van 19 feb tot 26 feb 2022 verbleven wij in Top 2 van Residenz Edelalm. Een prima appartement met leuke zithoek in de keuken. Alleen was de zitting van bank deels opnieuw bekleed middels een kleed en was vastgezet middels een stalen buis. Deze zat voor een deel los en er staken ook 2 schroeven uit. We konden het kleed om de buis wikkelen zodat de scherpe delen bedekt werden. De slaapkamers zijn ruim met prima bedden. Alleen de dekens zijn erg kort. Badkamers zagen er verzorgd uit. In het skiruim geen skischoenverwarmers gezien. Al met al een top appartement. Wij hebben erg genoten!

De aankomst was goed geregeld we konden er al in omdat we vroeger aan kwamen .de eigenaar was een bekende en dat was weer prettig om hem te zien .de accommodatie was prima in orden en schoon 1 min puntje was er er was geen diepvriesvak in de koelkast aanwezig maar verder was er van alles genoeg voor ons voor 6 personen dus een aanrader voor 6 tot 8 personen.de omgeving was bij ons bekend maar het is een mooie omgeving .zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Het appartement was met een woord heerlijk. Het is van een Nederlandse eigenaar dus tv Nederlands en Netflix Nederlands heerlijk voor de kleintjes.Het ligt heel gezellig in het dorp en met de tennisbanen uitzicht vanaf je balkon heb je altijd wat te zien.Wij zijn nog niet klaar daar dus volgend jaar gaan we er weer heen.

Bij aankomst zijn we vriendelijk ontvangen door de beheerder en troffen we een zeer schoon appartement. Het appartement komt duidelijk overeen met de foto's en heeft een prachtige eetkeuken en balkon op het zuiden. Gezien ook de ligging en het uitzicht van het appartement is de prijs/prestatie verhouding zeer goed.

Sehr freundlicher professioneller Empfang, großzügiges Apartment, gute Ausstattung. Wir haben lediglich eine Sauna vermisst. Guter Service bei starkem Schneefall mit rascher Räumung.

Familien - Weihnachtsurlaub

Die Wohnung entsprach den Angaben des Inserats. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und außergewöhnlich. In der Küche fehlten uns ein paar größere Schüsseln, ansonsten war alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. In der Wohnung war es sehr warm, auch nachts, was sich nur durch Öffnen der Fenster regulieren ließ. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, nur wenige Meter bis zum Bäcker und auch zur Liftstation ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit. Der Skibus hält fast vor der Tür. Im Keller gibt es einen Skiraum. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung mit 7 Erwachsenen sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit sehr genossen! Wir würden die Wohnung nochmal buchen.

Bij aankomst kregen telefonisch de code van het sleutelkastje en na 10 minuten stond de beheerder op de stoep. De accommodatie was in één woord geweldig nieuw, schoon en fantastisch ingericht. Geschikt voor 10 personen met twee badkamers en een apart toilet, een heerlijk balkon en een fantastische woonkeuken. Er was ontzettend veel te doen Salzburg, rodelen, bergskelters, kloven, panoramawegen, zwemmen in bergmeertjes en natuurlijk wandelen in de bergen. Nog wel een paar puntjes in het appartement dunne gordijnen, geen gordijnen in de keuken waardoor het erg warm was, geen passpiegel maar kleine rare spiegeltjes waar je je niet kon opmaken, geen droogrek en het scheiden van afval was geheel onduidelijk.

Ferienwohnung für 10 Personen?

Eine sehr schön aufgeteilte Ferienwohnung die aber nicht für 10 (Personen geeignet ist. Schlafmöglichkeiten sind zwar vorhanden aber die Kleidung muss zum großen Teil im Koffer bleiben , da keine unterbring Möglichkeit vorhanden ist. Kleiderschränke sucht Frau vergeblich. Die Durchfahrstraße geht direkt am Haus vorbei und ist im Kinderzimmer sehr laut zu hören. Ansonsten ist es eine top eingerichtete moderne Wohnung .

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Ausstattung, alles super. Aber ! Die Fußbodenheizung in den Badezimmerern ging gar nicht. leider keine Rückmeldung vom Verwalter vor Ort. Zuwenig Hacken wie immer um Jacken usw. aufzuhängen. Kein Skischuhtrockner und Halterung für die Skier im Keller. Einfache billige Betten, aber sonst war die Wohnung sehr stillvoll Eingerichtet.
