Very nice stay

The description of the appartment was a bit unclear. It is described that there are 3 bedrooms, but 1 bed was in the Living room. There was no room for the skies (they had to be in the garbage room). But the appartment was nice and clean

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, man hat eine schöne große Terrasse. Im Ort gibt es mehrere Restaurants und einen guten Supermarkt. Es gibt ein paar Nachteile: Die Wohnung liegt neben einem Tennisplatz und man hört ständig die Übungen an der Wand. Hinter dem Carport befindet sich ein Gebäude, das sich noch im Bau befindet. Sie haben nicht die Aussicht, die Sie auf den Fotos von Belvilla sehen. In der Wohnung wären ein Staubsauger und ein Gefrierschrank eigentlich praktisch. Diese Nachteile werden kein Grund sein, noch einmal dorthin zu gehen.

Fijne accomodatie (verbleven in Top1 appartement) met voldoene opervlakte voor 8 personen. 1 Slaapkamer met een 2 persoonsbed en stapelbed. 1 Slaapkamer met 2 persoonsbed en een slaapbank in de woonkamer. Voldoende zitgelegenheid bij tv en eetkamer. Pluspunten: - Goede ligging in Brixen (skibus stopt op 5 min lopen) - Bakker en supermarkt op loopafstand - Genoeg opbergruimte in de slaapkamers - Eigen parkeerplaatsen (2 stuks) Minpunten: - Weinig glazen/bekers in keuken - Erg lichte gordijnen - Dekbedden en vooral kussen van matige kwailteit (synthetische dekbedden en zeer lichte kussens) - Geen verwarmd skihok Kleine minpunten die het verblijf nog net wat beter hadden kunnen maken. Verder een heerlijke week gehad in Brixen!

Wir waren schon um 13.00 Uhr in der Wohnung. Nach einem Anruf beim Kontakt kam er innerhalb von 5 Minuten, um den Schlüssel zu bringen. Schöne Wohnung (Gebäude), neu und mitten im Dorf gelegen. Modern eingerichtete, schöne sonnige Terrasse mit Blick auf den Choralp. Die Eisenbahn lief dahinter, aber Sie haben nichts davon gehört. Bäckerei diagonal gegenüber, Supermarkt, schönes Schwimmbad mit Badesee und Bahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit Gästekarte kostenlose öffentliche Verkehrsmittel im Tal, sehr zu empfehlen. Eine wunderschöne Gegend mit vielen Möglichkeiten zum Radfahren / Wandern. Auch für Kinder, lustige Spiel- und Themenrouten. 2 Tipps: Eine Mikrowelle und ein Gefrierschrank waren praktisch.

Wir wurden vom Manager herzlich willkommen. Wir waren bereits 1000 in Brixen, und wir hatten Recht, die Wohnung zu benutzen. Die Wohnung war ordentlich sauber. Wir waren 5 Personen, und trifft dann auf die gut. 8 Personen scheint mir sehr eng, weil es eindeutig nur für 6 Personen ausgelegt ist. Die Fußbodenheizung ausgeschaltet wurde und nachdem der Administrator hinter einer Luke, ein Kran gedreht hatte, es war heiß, so heiß, dass wir die Fenster Tag und Nacht geöffnet hatten, weil die Heizung in der Wohnung ist nicht separat zu regeln. Rund um die Wohnung Gebäude war gut schneefrei gehalten. Brixen im Thale Skigebiet ist als ziemlich zentral. Das Dorf selbst hat wenig Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung befindet sich etwas außerhalb des Dorfes auf der anderen Seite der Aufzüge, aber in der Nähe der Skibushaltestelle.

Eine schöne, neue Wohnung und mit viel Komfort ausgestattet. vielleicht ein wenig auf der kleinen Seite für 6-8 Personen, aber mit 3-4 Personen ganz richtig. Der Zug kommt ziemlich nahe lange Fahrt, aber wir haben das nicht als störend empfinden. Wir fanden es einen angenehmen Ort, um draußen zu sitzen, überdachten. Auch in Brixen kann gelegentlich regnen. Von Brixen Ihnen genug Geschäft mit verschiedenen Bahnunternehmen in der Region, die im Sommer schön zu tun. Die Rollen können ‚s leicht Morgen in der Bäckerei auf den anderen Straßen (ganz in der Nähe) kaufen. Ein tollen Aufenthalt.
