"We had a great stay the night before our morning flight. The room was clean, dinner at the restaurant was great. We didn’t have breakfast, but it looked like it had a great variety of food. The staff were terrific! Very friendly and very helpful the morning we left when we were rushing because our original flight was cancelled and we rebooked on an earlier flight. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Noticed my room refrigerator had mould. Staff excellent and helpful when I had problems with my smartphone. Breakfast excellent with plenty of choice. Location 20 minutes from Central train station and smae feom waterside. Would stay again."

"We felt not welcomed! Front receptionist staff were rude. They didn’t even welcome us. It looked like they didn’t like to rate we gave for the rooms on expedia. They gave us a room in the basement. I believe it was under the restaurant because there were lots of chair moving on our ceiling. The room was dusty and hairs on the desk. I had to wash the mugs in the room before I use. When I asked the room to be cleaned the next day, they said that they can’t promise. Very disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone. The breakfast was great though."

"If you are arriving in Terminal 5, you’ll have to walk to terminal 4 bus stop to get in the shuttle. Other than that I had not issues with the hotel. It was good for an overnight stay to catch an early flight."
