"If you want a motel that’s reasonable and close to SixFlags New England this is a great spot. Plus it’s extremely close to the good shopping stores in enfield too. With in walking distance to them."

"We had a fantastic stay at MGM Springfield! The hotel was spotless, and every part of our experience reflected how much pride the staff takes in providing excellent service. A special shoutout to Brenda at the lobby bar—she was absolutely exceptional! Friendly, attentive, and welcoming, she truly made our visit even more enjoyable. The casino itself was amazing. It was clean, smoke-free, and had a great atmosphere, making it a comfortable place to spend several hours. My only criticism is the beverage service while gambling. We played for hours during a time when cocktail service was still available, yet we never had a server come by to offer drinks. Improving drink service on the casino floor would make the experience even better. The dining was another highlight. Costa was excellent, and The Chandler Steakhouse delivered a fantastic steakhouse experience with outstanding food and service. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would absolutely return. Clean accommodations, exceptional staff, a beautiful casino, and great restaurants made for a memorable stay. Highly recommended!"

"The bar in the lobby with all the seating was a great place for our group to gather. One night someone ordered pizza and that was great, not having to go out. I ordered it the next night and the only problem was that someone not part of our group thought it was free and tried to take off with one. We got it back."

"This is a very clean, basic but nice hotel. It both looks and smells clean. The 8+ rating was well deserved. The staff are helpful and accommodating despite some frustrating things going on - an icemaker was out necessitating a trip to the third floor if you wanted ice, the elevator crapped out - but the staff handled it well and apologized profusely. Housekeeping was really nice as well. I felt safe staying here as a solo traveler. My only issue here was not in any way in the hotel's control - there was a LOT of traffic/road noise and a number of very loud people in the halls one night. The next night at 2 am, they very loudly emptied the trash at the diner next door, complete with clanging bins and back-up alarms, so I didn't sleep great either night I was there. That said, the bed was comfy, the room was clean and I enjoyed my stay otherwise. Decent breakfast but it ends early (930). Lots of nearby stuff for breakfast if you miss it as there's a McDonalds not too far away as well as a Starbucks."

"This property was worn, but clean and quiet. There was some wear and tear in the bathroom, but nothing outrageous. Definitely a good cheap place to stay. There is a Mobil station and Red Lobster directly across the road, and plenty of shops of all kinds on the main road to either side of the motel. Staff was efficient and friendly, with a quick check in/out."
