"Bed was luxurious! Clean unit with all we needed. Enjoyed breakfast at Harvest Cafe, it was a shame that the person who served us, older lady with glasses and short hair, was so disrespectful towards people who she spoke to re room numbers to confirm breakfast bookings. No patience, rude to people ie ‘I can’t understand what you’re saying, what do you mean’ thankfully on the Monday morning it was back to a more polite and warm person serving people. Only low point in an otherwise wonderful stay. Special shout out to wonderful staff on reception who handed out Xmas cheer in the form of ‘bubbles’ whil we waited to be served. Also were wonderful with customers and most accommodating!"

Excellent bfast options and great courteous and kind service during bfast, best location in surfers next to Paradise centre and delux room upgrade and paid late check out were amazibg options. "We stayed at apartment 155 on 31st floor and were mesmerized by both the river and oceanic views. The carpets were not 100% clean which is understandable for an apartment that gets rented all the time. We enjoyed the space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area with fully equipped kitchen and large balcony, set up with table and chairs. The apartment had it's own laundry with washing machine and a drier, wi-fi, foxtel and two smart tvs. Tram transport was literally right next door with only one station away (Broadbeach South) from the Pacific fare shopping centre. From this station you can catch bus 777 that takes you to the airport. The local shops and eateries are abundant around the Qube building. The pool is good in the morning up to 2PM if you'd want to catch some sun, there's a spa pool with hot water and jets, as well as a billiard room and gym on 4th floor. All in all I would highly recommend Qube and will be looking at staying there again next year."
