"We enjoyed our one-night stay at The Watermark hotel. The suite was spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was a little too soft for us but others may appreciate that. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety and had a good quality to it. The location was also great and walkable. We would definitely stay here again. We did not make it to the fitness center or bar."

"The place is clean and there’s variety of food to choose for breakfast. The only thing is the attitude of the front desk when we checked inn. He was a little bit rude when he welcomed us. "Two minutes after arriving, we had a knock at the door. Not expecting anyone, my boyfriend responded “who is it?”. A voice of an older man said “the boogy man”??? We asked what he was going at our room, to which he said “I’m about ready to knock this door down”. After calling hotel security, they came up and said no one was in the halls anymore and to call if we hear it again. After finally falling asleep we woke up to loud noises at 4 am that didn’t end until 5:30. It was two people opening and closing their door at least 100 times along with chanting and what sounded like pieces tape being ripped??? We called the front desk after 30 mins of this and no one answered. We left first thing in the morning and didn’t bother to get breakfast. Needless to say, probably don’t stay here if you’re traveling alone!"

"The hotel was very clean and the lobby area was very well maintained. I did not think some parts of the room were as well cared for, the decorative wallpaper was peeling off the wall in our room. The beds were very comfortable, but the AC seems to have a motion sensor so it will continue to cut off while you're sleeping; beware the summer months. The front desk was not always manned, but the valet staff was the absolute best I have ever experienced."

"The room had huge bugs running on the floor. And one ran under the bed. I ran out of room and said to cancel me and give me a refund. The staff worker said to me oh I guess the beetle bugs had returned. The property was horrible. The building had pieces of bricks missing from the outside walls. The people walking around looked like homeless people. And now according to them they can’t refund. Expedia has to and I am still waiting for a response."
