Large updated 3 bedroom Home in the heart of Brockport. While staying please feel free to unpack and unwind. Our kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate your cooking needs! Please feel free to wash and dry your clothes in our Laundry room. High speed Internet & Wi-Fi is available and our password can be found on the letter board in the living room downstairs. Looking to get out? Head on down to The Village of Brockport only minutes away and Enjoy Shopping, Eating, and walking the Erie Canal!

This is the second time we've stayed here. Great location and plenty of room. We always look here first when visiting family in Brockport. House is large with plenty of room to relax and enjoy family. Owners are great to deal with and quick to respond. We will be back!

Wonderful vacation home!

We were very happy with this rental. It was spacious and very clean! Great communication and it was a pleasure to meet the owners. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Family Trip

I loved the trip our stay was terrific. The house was in a great good location, and very clean. The owner supplied everything we needed. We will be looking to stay again the next time we are up in NY. If you are looking for a great place this is it.

Good location

We came to Brockport to visit family. The house location was perfect for us. Communication with the host was fast and very accommodating. Plenty of space to move around while traveling with an infant. House was very clean and comfortable. We will be back.

Wonderful stay!

Everything was perfect! The host was very kind check in was easy and the simplicity of the house was relieving. It had anything you needed on hand and it was a very quiet and peaceful place to enjoy. The host made sure that we had air conditioning in the rooms that we would be staying due to the heat wave and made sure that we were comfortable. It was a delightful experience!

Just enough

We stayed here for my son's graduation from RIT and it was clean as a whistle and spacious. The host lives on the other side of the house and they were welcoming but did not hover. The beds were quite comfortable and there was a nice kitchen with a Keurig and plenty of items for a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this place for safety and cleanliness.

We loved it

Water was hot. Beds were comfortable. What more could you ask for? Location was great. Close to Rochester but far enough to not be in the city. Rebecca was great. She introduced herself while she was making dinner. Super nice. Super helpful. We chose their house due to proximity of Rochester airport and not a horrible drive to Niagara Falls. Close to Lake Ontario if you're looking to do some extra sightseeing. We spent the majority of our 2 days out and about so I honestly can't think of a negative to say. Not sure if we'll make our way back to upstate New York but if we do we'll definitely see if they're available.

Nice house close to all the small towns in the area

The house was very clean. I don't think it would support a party of six. The kitchen has no counter space and is not really equipped with what it would need for that group size. I would recommend adding a moveable island and more dishes and sharper knifes. Would be an easy fix. The location was good in that we where doing things in all the small towns in the area. The only draw back was the house is set back on a 2 lane highway. Lots of road noise all day and into the evening. I am sure that was on the description I just missed it. I did enjoy our stay so with only a few recommendations for future guests they also will enjoy the stay (note we were in the house for 17 days)

Pleasant Stay

We came as a family to meet a new granddaughter and niece. We spent most of our time off properly but it was very easy and pleasant during our stay - clean, neat and everything was accessible.

The property was everything my family could ask for! The house was super clean and well appointed, everything we needed for a great stay was provided. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. The apartment was very clean. The separation of the kitchen area to the family room was inconvenient for us but may be OK for younger folks. The vehicles in the already in the driveway and other vehicles were coming and going into the late evening which was concerning to the downstairs bedroom guest. The other renters in the duplex were quiet, and we did not see them at all. Roosters were quiet as well!!

Fantastic property with Fantastic Renters

What a great place. VERY clean, a ton of room, and great location. Came in for our nephew's graduation party. Renters were super nice and responded to all our questions swiftly when we had any. Will totally rent again next time we come up for a visit.
