Our host was very prompt in responding to our messages. Check in and out instructions were easy to follow. The apartment was in a decent neighborhood and we felt safe. The only issue we had was that being in the basement apartment you can hear lots of noise from above. Other than that it for our needs perfectly.

Good for the price

The property is clean and functional. It’s a basement apartment without AC so keep that in mind for warmer months. Busy neighborhood so backing out of the driveway on weekday mornings is tricky.

I stayed in this basement apartment recently and had a relatively good experience. Overall, I felt safe during my stay and the location met my needs. Communication with the host through the app was also easy. That being said, there are a couple of items to note. The family upstairs is very active, and because the walls/ceilings are thin, you can hear a lot of movement and noise. I also found that the cleaning hadn't been fully completed before my arrival (trash in receptacles and rags left out). The entryway is a bit unconventional through a narrow stairwell in the carport, so that's something to keep in mind if you have larger luggage or mobility limitations. The apartment is also situated next to the laundry room, so you get a bit of noise off of that as well. While I felt safe and the stay served its purpose, a deeper clean and some awareness of the noise levels would go a long way for future guests.

The property was clean and neat. I enjoyed the property. The only negatives was, I did not sleep well because all you could hear was the feet of those above the apartment all day long. Sounded like children running around. Also, when you are walking down the stairs to the apartment there is a smell in the hallway.

Hosts were friendly.some noise from hosts upstairs was noticeable. Fit and finish of the apartment was dreadful. Kitchen meagerly stocked. Access to apartment was down a steep narrow flight of stairs with a turn. Yard available for the dog was full of trash. Would not include the adjective 'charming' in the description.

Sehr freundliche Kommunikation. Genug Platz ist vorhanden, aber auch hellhörig. Man hört jeden Schritt von der oberen Etage. Die Küche müsste besser geputzt werden, es waren kleine Tierchen in der Schublade und Mäusekot unterm Sofa.
