"Pros:Great location, really close to the lake and can see views from the end of the street. Immediate response from local property manager when we contacted them. Good layout and space in house. Hot tub really nice, hot and cleanCons:The furniture in the house is really old and needs to be replaced. Couch in family room has seen better days. All the beds aren’t comfortable and probably old mattresses. Downstairs bedroom has a huge hutch with two super old tvs inside of it that don’t work. Just taking up a ton of space in the room. The bunk bed room is smaller and no real storage space. The closet in that room has a massive old tv sitting in it that doesn’t work and just taking up half the closet. Upstairs bedroom again has a tv from the 70s… why?No A/C I didn’t see on the listing that the house didn’t have AC. Reached out to the manager and they informed us. Good thing it wasn’t too hot during our stay and we opened every single window in the house to let air in. Back patio has boards that are lifting that someone can trip on. Downstairs tile is lifting and another tripping hazard. Overall the house is a good house but it needs some updating for safety and renters comfort. Take out all the old tvs that don’t work and get some new furniture and this house would be 10/10."

"What a stunning property! It has everything from a huge kitchen, pool table and hot tub. Along with everything in between! Great views of the lake and less than a 10 minute drive to kings beach and all the amazing restaurants! Also a great neighborhood to walk. You’ll definitely get a work out with the hills. Loved our stay. "
"The property was beautiful, and just behind the house, about a 5 minute hike away, there is a breathtaking view of the lake. The home has fun games such as shuffleboard and foosball, along with super comfortable modern amenities and luxurious bathrooms along with ample sleeping quarters to accomodate a large group. The only downside of this excellent property is that the stairs being carpeted made them somewhat easy to slip on, just be careful and you'll have a great time. "
