🚫 Important Cabin Information
🐾 Bingham Bluff is not pet-friendly. Bringing unauthorized pets to the property may result in removal from the cabin without refund.
🔥 Fireplaces are unavailable for use from June through October 1st.
❄️ To help keep the HVAC system running properly, please do not set the thermostat below 68°F, as lower settings may cause the system to freeze.

For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including:
Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
Paper towels (2 rolls)
Trash bags (5)
Dish soap
Hand soap
Full-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion

Dishwasher pods (approximately 3 days)
Laundry soap (approximately 3 days)
Once these supplies are used, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed during their stay.

Bingham Bluff’s grill is hardlined directly to the home’s propane supply—no propane tank is needed. 😊
🚫 Please do not attach an external propane tank or use charcoal, wood, pellets, or any other fuel source in the grill.
Doing so may damage the grill and result in additional cleaning or repair fees. Thank you for helping us keep the property beautiful for future guests!

🌡️❄️ HVAC Notice: To help keep the air conditioning running properly during the summer, please do not set the thermostat below 70°F. Setting it lower may cause the system to freeze and temporarily stop cooling. If a service call is required and it is determined that the unit froze due to the thermostat being set below 70°F, the guest will be responsible for the cost of the service call. Thank you for helping us keep the cabin comfortable for everyone!
