The place was beautiful and well appointed if a bit far off the beaten path. However, there were a few issues. The biggest was a loud knocking noise coming from the refrigerator constantly. It was so bad that we had to shut the door to the bedroom to keep from hearing it while we slept. We called Friday evening and we’re told that someone will be coming to check it but either they didn’t come or could not fix the problem. Some of the jets on the hot tub weren’t working. In the bedroom, there are two windows that sit up a little higher that don’t have any sort of covering and none of the windows have any shades or solid panels to keep anyone from looking inside at night. We really enjoyed Broken Bow and the surrounding areas. The accommodations were nice, but the stay was marred a bit by these problems.
