• Please note that Hygge Hill is located roughly 4.5 miles off of 259, with the majority of the drive being on a dirt road, which may have water and pot holes, as is common in Hochatown/Broken Bow.
• To ensure a smooth stay, all guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, which will be emailed after booking. Address, key code, etc. will not be issued until rental agreement is signed. Please be aware that fireworks and gun discharge/use are not permitted on the property or in the neighborhood.
• In cases of excessive cleaning due to trash or mess, a $100 additional cleaning fee may apply to cover the time spent.
• The property is monitored with security cameras at the front door, front deck, side stairs, and back deck while unoccupied. When guest occupied, the front deck and rear deck cameras are disabled.
