Other things to note:

★ Parking - Bring your boats, ATVs, trailers, and anything else you need! We have plenty of parking space with our large drive-through driveway and parking areas

★ Provided Items & Supplies – Our luxury cabin features a starter supply of fresh linens, bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash liners for the first 2-3 days. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests. BYO coffee.

★ Smoking & Other Odors – There is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed in the home. Your security deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for cleaning and deodorizing if any smoking or pet residuals are found in the house or on the premises.

★ Pest Control - We take every precaution possible to keep pests and insects outdoors by having our property bug-free regularly. Keep all doors and windows closed when not in use. Please remember that our lodge is in the forest, which are home to critters. They were here long before us, and they will be long after us - but let's make sure they stay outside!

★ Hot Tub - The hot tub is trained, sanitized, fresh water added, and treated before your arrival. They are ready for use at a warm 98 degrees.

★ Linen and Bedding Service - All bed linens and towels are hotel-grade, fresh and totally exchanged by our cleaning service between every single stay.

★ Special Deliveries - Upon request, we can deliver firewood, S’mores packages, and more from our concierge, just let us know what would make your stay special!

Enjoyable Stay

Easy check in, all the amenities you need except bring any foil or ziploc bags you might need. There was plenty of supplies, pots and pans and utensils. Hot tub was clean, mini golf was great for the kids! Will stay again! I only took 2 pics we had so much fun!

The lead up and check in was well communicated. We had no trouble finding it and getting settled. It is a large property and didn't feel cramped with 14 people including small children. Our family usually gathers around food, so the kitchen being central and large, felt welcoming and accessible. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub a few times and the fire pit was a frequent resting spot. The rooms were well equipped and the kids really enjoyed the bunks.

Amazing hosts!

The home is beautiful, equipped with pretty much anything you need for a getaway. We had a family vacation here. The host were always quick to reply to any messages I had even before the check in! We already have discussed booking this same property next year for our family vacay.

Awesome stay

Place was super clean and easy to get to. Located just outside of town and very quiet. Owner stayed in touch with text and easily available. Wi-Fi works great.Plenty of space with great recreational activities outside(putt, horseshoes, cornhole). Fire pit was a nice touch with chairs. Spa on back deck put place over the top. Will definitely be staying here again. Easy access to beaver Park. Can't see enough good things about this place!

A little bit of everything for everyone

We absolutely loved this property it had a little bit of everything for everyone. The kids loved the put putt outside and adults enjoyed fire pit, it’s been a while since we all spent this much time outside. The owners also went above and beyond with communication and accommodations it’s been a great experience.

Great Stay

Nice and quiet spot north of Hochatown. Kids had a blast with Shuffleboard and Mini Golf. We had a heater stop working while we were there and the property manager had a tech out to fix it within an hour.

Family Christmas getaway

This property worked out great for our large group of 22! There was plenty of space for us to all spread out and not feel cramped up. There were things for the all of the kids to do and enjoy! Overall, the property was very clean and well kept. We will definitely revisit in the future!

Our first family vacation - all 15 of us! We enjoyed the time with the family, the lake and several fun things with the grandkids! Wonderful house for our needs - very clean and spacious. We had no problems with the house and our host Megan was on top of her game!

Just perfect

I had the most wonderful experience staying at this cabin in the woods! The place was incredibly clean, with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The space was spacious and beautifully designed, giving a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. There were plenty of activities to keep me entertained, from hiking trails to cozy evenings by the fire. The host thought of every detail, and I felt right at home. Great spot for a big family!

The house is amazing, it is surrounded by breathtaking views. It is near Beavers Bend Dam and State Park and lots of other family friendly attractions. Or you could stay at the cabin and enjoy the fire pit and mini golf! The home was clean with the exception of a few stains on the wall possibly caused by cleaning products and a wall mounted towel ring in the upstairs bathroom that seemed to be ripped out of the wall, but that wasn't a big deal to us. We would definitely stay here again!

Talk about AMAZING

Megan was the most friendly and helpful hostess I’ve had in a while. Her hospitality and response time was quick and helpful. The property was gorgeous inside and out. The rooms were all modern and up to date and it was so helpful to have individual bathrooms for most of the rooms. The outdoor grill was already prepped with two propane tanks, the hot tub was already warm when we got there and the mini golf was amazingly fun. This unit had it ALL. Would definitely come again.

Family Vacation

We brought our family for a little weekend getaway with ages ranging from 11 months all the way to grandparents and it fulfilled all of our needs! Plenty of room for the baby to roam, the bigger kids to play outside and ride bikes, and plenty of space for the adults to have their own space and also come together to play games. We had a minor AC issue and the owners had a technician out there first thing the next morning. It was perfect, we can’t wait to come back!

Great house!

This house was perfect for us! We had 13 adults and 1 child and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed themselves. We accidentally booked the wrong dates and showed up a day prior to our booking. The owners were so great and quickly made sure the property was clean to accommodate us. Fun games kept us all entertained. We will be back for sure!

Platinum Anniversary getaway

Absolutely LOVED this place! It was my first time renting thru this platform and it was super easy! I got everything I was told about in the listing. Megan reached out with all the details i needed, and was more than accommodating on special requests. I look forward to renting again in the future.
