★ Parking - Bring your boats, ATVs, trailers, and anything else you need! We have plenty of parking space with our large drive-through driveway and parking areas

★ Provided Items & Supplies – Our luxury cabin features a starter supply of fresh linens, bath towels, soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, and trash liners for the first 2-3 days. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the guests. BYO coffee.

★ Smoking & Other Odors – There is absolutely NO smoking of any kind allowed in the home. Your security deposit will be forfeited, and you will incur an additional charge for cleaning and deodorizing if any smoking or pet residuals are found in the house or on the premises.

★ Pest Control - We take every precaution possible to keep pests and insects outdoors by having our property bug-free regularly. Keep all doors and windows closed when not in use. Please remember that our lodge is in the forest, which are home to critters. They were here long before us, and they will be long after us - but let's make sure they stay outside!

★ Hot Tub - The hot tub is trained, sanitized, fresh water added, and treated before your arrival. They are ready for use at a warm 98 degrees.

★ Linen and Bedding Service - All bed linens and towels are hotel-grade, fresh and totally exchanged by our cleaning service between every single stay.

★ Special Deliveries - Upon request, we can deliver firewood, S’mores packages, and more from our concierge, just let us know what would make your stay special!

We absolutely loved this property it had a little bit of everything for everyone. The kids loved the put putt outside and adults enjoyed fire pit, it’s been a while since we all spent this much time outside. The owners also went above and beyond with communication and accommodations it’s been a great experience.

Nice and quiet spot north of Hochatown. Kids had a blast with Shuffleboard and Mini Golf. We had a heater stop working while we were there and the property manager had a tech out to fix it within an hour.

I had the most wonderful experience staying at this cabin in the woods! The place was incredibly clean, with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The space was spacious and beautifully designed, giving a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. There were plenty of activities to keep me entertained, from hiking trails to cozy evenings by the fire. The host thought of every detail, and I felt right at home. Megan was the most friendly and helpful hostess I’ve had in a while. Her hospitality and response time was quick and helpful. The property was gorgeous inside and out. The rooms were all modern and up to date and it was so helpful to have individual bathrooms for most of the rooms. The outdoor grill was already prepped with two propane tanks, the hot tub was already warm when we got there and the mini golf was amazingly fun. This unit had it ALL. Would definitely come again.

The house is amazing, it is surrounded by breathtaking views. It is near Beavers Bend Dam and State Park and lots of other family friendly attractions. Or you could stay at the cabin and enjoy the fire pit and mini golf! The home was clean with the exception of a few stains on the wall possibly caused by cleaning products and a wall mounted towel ring in the upstairs bathroom that seemed to be ripped out of the wall, but that wasn't a big deal to us. We would definitely stay here again!

We brought our family for a little weekend getaway with ages ranging from 11 months all the way to grandparents and it fulfilled all of our needs! Plenty of room for the baby to roam, the bigger kids to play outside and ride bikes, and plenty of space for the adults to have their own space and also come together to play games. We had a minor AC issue and the owners had a technician out there first thing the next morning. It was perfect, we can’t wait to come back!

This house was perfect for us! We had 13 adults and 1 child and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed themselves. We accidentally booked the wrong dates and showed up a day prior to our booking. The owners were so great and quickly made sure the property was clean to accommodate us. Fun games kept us all entertained. We will be back for sure!
