Besides the road getting in, which I think is just common of the area - property was great. Did a little exploring in town, but was perfectly content staying in too. Beautiful view.
Property management was easy to work with too!

Family Affair
Enjoyed our stay. Inside of house was clean. Front and back porches were dirty. Needed to be power washed. Banister off of back porch was loose. Needed to be secured. Family enjoyed their stay.
This place was incredible!…. Everything was thought out from the fully stocked kitchen to the outdoor seating spaces. It was perfect for our large family. We had tons of fun at the house playing games and cornhole and the lake and golf course were a short drive… highly recommend…loved having TVs in all rooms and king beds!… and the bunk room was perfect for our grand children…. 5+ all the way around!!

Beautiful cabin with all the comforts of home.
We had 11 adults and 3 young kids. The Paradise Pond was very accommodating for our large group, such a lovely location and beautiful cabin! We would suggest the directions be updated, was a bit difficult to find for all of us. The fireplace out on the patio did not ever work and I called the first day, no maintenance showed up but we still enjoyed the outdoors! We would most definitely stay there again!

Great family getaway
We rented this house for three families to enjoy some family fun before the holidays. It rained the whole time we were there but that was a blessing. We played games, watched TV, fished, enjoyed the hot tub, baked cookies, collected rocks down by the pond, and enjoyed the whole house! The lay out was perfect as we each were a family of five - with 4 teenage boys staying in the bunkroom, the pre teen girls in another room, 2 young boys in another, and parents each in our own rooms - we had plenty of room to spread out!!! The kitchen was amazing and stocked with all the items we needed. Overall this cabin was a winner.
Only suggestions to owners would be to leave a set of directions out on how to use items in the house from the TV, Game console, fireplaces, trash etc. plus a suggestion of places to go or eat out would be good too. Need trash can in master bath. Thanks for a wonderful time!
It was INCREDIBLE!!! The lodge was more than we could have imagined. So clean and everything in it was TOP of the line. The theatre room, slides, outdoor space, comfortable beds, game room, kitchen with everything you could ever need. It was simply the BEST! Thank you so much to David our host for a week in Broken Bow with our staff family that we will never forget!!
Beautiful property, absolutely great location, great amenities. I really could go on and on about this property and the great time we had...well most of us. So my best friend and his wife stayed downstairs in the front guestroom. The first morning he came out complaining of the mosquitoes the night before. He didn't recall getting bit, but had little bumps all down his arm. As the morning wore on he discovered more bumps over his body as well as on his wife. Then the swelling started. Swelling in the hands, the little bumps became lumps, I didn't know what was happening and someone suggested bed bugs. They went and pulled back the covers and the mattress and sure enough there was. Everyone else went and checked their beds and found no evidence anywhere else, but we had them take photos and videos of the bed bugs. They initially decided to move to an unoccupied room, but due to their discomfort and his wife's desire to go seek medical care to ease her symptoms (swelling and itching) they left the second morning into our 4 day trip. I related this information to the property management, when I told them I had photos and a video of my friends and the infestation they sent me their email to share the media evidence. Once they viewed it...crickets, no more communication, no apologies, no attempt to make it right for our friends. I was very disappointed in that outcome. I've been going to broken bow for over 15 years, this is the first time I have had an experience that was less than 5 star.... There's my justification for the lower stars on cleanliness and communication. I hope they have addressed it and are more willing to ensure the satisfaction of their customers even after they've been paid...
Beautiful, clean, spacious, and perfect for our family of 12.

Spring Break stay
We had a great time here, but we left a little disappointed in the cleanliness. Air vents have not been changed in awhile, and floor was black when you would wipe it.
The stair case is not very safe for children as multiple rods are loose and coming off. Fire pit had not been cleaned for what looked like multiple stays. We found batteries inside the pit.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but will probably book another cabin next time.
Beautiful property and we were pleasantly surprised that they supplied enough toilet paper and trash bags. It’s the little things, right. 🙂
Very spacious home, nice big back porch with rocking chairs, and good fishing area.
One thing I would recommend is for you to bring your own pillow because all the pillows were flat. Other than that, it’s a great property for a family getaway! We really enjoyed our stay.
The cabin was so nice. Pond out back that a few of the guys fished on and caught fish. Awesome deck with spa, corn hole, horse shoes and fire pit out back. We had a great time.
The listing was wrong though. It said there were six rooms and a media room. There were actually 7 rooms(6 king beds) and a bunk room. This was better as one of the couples was going to have to sleep in the media room(which there is not one), so they got their own room. Perfect for our group of 14.
Our family had a great time. Plenty of space, beds, and great outdoors areas. The areas outdoors are well-covered enough that even though it rained, we still had space to sit outside. Highly recommend!
Even better than pictured. More than expected, even had a crockpot & blender. Luxury all the way. Plenty of room for everyone. Loved the pond & dock but we’re all convinced there r no fish in it.
Plenty of towels, blankets & linens. Master bed more comfortable than the others.
The house and property were wonderful! Big house with a great layout and amazing grounds. Our family spent the weekend after Christmas and we had a great time. That being said, the house needs a good cleaning. Fixtures are dusty, there was a hairball in the shower, dirty under beds, dust on the ceiling around vents, and the entire main level floor was nasty. My daughters socks turned black after walking on it for an hour. It’s a tile floor so there’s no excuse. A cleaning fee is always required and I think the home should be clean. We had a great trip despite the cleanliness issue but it will keep me from returning.
We had a group of 35 so we got this cabin and Paradise in the Pines. Both were great cabins in a perfect location. We had several kiddos that were 4-5 years old, even though we asked several time if they were right next to each other and was told yes, they weren’t next door to each other. Not that big of a deal, but we thought they were going to be next door so the littles could easily go between both cabins.

The house was perfect for our size family. We loved the location, pond, games and layout.
The only compliant would be that the downstairs AC was not working. Therefore it was very hot! We called maintenance and someone came out and all they did was change the filter. This did not solve the problem and we had to get someone out for a second time. Eventually the house cooled off but that was by the time we were leaving. Very disappointed if you pay that much for a house and the AC doesn’t work. Also, the dishes and towels were not very clean. We had to re-wash all the dishes by hand before use to ensure old food was not left on them. The “clean” towels also had other people’s hair left in them. This was a rather gross discovery when going to use the towels after having a shower/bath. So, AC and cleanliness could be improved upon.
