Boughtman Cottage 4 beds, sleeps 6

3 bedrooms + study, situated in a quiet area, undercover off street parking, ideally set up for comfortable living.
Modern kitchen with dishwasher and electric stove & oven, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning to every room.
Ideally located & set up for professional and trades people requiring longer stays.
Within a short drive to CBD.
Can sleep up to 6 people, bedding comprises of 2 x queen beds, 1 x double bed & 1 x standard single bed (single bed is in the walk-thru study) We do change linen colours to suit our work crews as we understand they don’t always like to have full white linen.
