"The lady at the hotel counter was very courteous and efficient. She told me what amenities were available in the area and was just all around kind. Great customer service. There were plenty of options for breakfast and the area seemed safe. Would stay here again. "

"Room was okay, but didn’t even have the simplest of coffee makers. Also took the shower over 9 minutes (yes we had to time it since it was so ridiculous) to put out warm/hot water."

"Our check in was easy, room was clean but i did have to kill a couple of spiders in the tub. Beds to us were not that comfortable. Staff was okay but seemed like they just didnt want to be there. Breakfast was good they had eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt etc. The door to the bathroom didnt close all the way it kept getting stuck. I dont think i would stay here again. "

"No hot water the first day. No housekeeping. Terrible breakfast, all carbs, no protein, only fruit was apples. Street coffee. Very expensive at 300 a night during the derby. No pool or hot tub."
